Massage Therapy

I developed a fascination with the body when taking a birth doula course at 20 years old and had been searching for a way to build on my knowledge ever since - massage & craniosacral therapy have been the perfect fit! In 2022, I graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy with Honours and worked in a clinic alongside many other bodywork professionals in Saskatoon for the past year. After a year of working, I also pursued my Level 1 certification in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute and am working towards full certification this year. I’ve recently moved back home and am so excited to work in a space that is dedicated to wellness, community, and healing. I believe that our bodies hold an incredible amount of wisdom when it comes to healing ourselves, and that sometimes we just need a little bit of guidance in the right direction.

Whether you need deep pressure, light touch, or simply to have space held for you, I will maintain a steady presence throughout your process. I highly encourage you to allow yourself to relax into your treatments, as the body only lets go when it feels safe to do so.
I love working with the body in this way and being able to educate & empower my clients to manage their conditions at home in between treatments whether it be calming techniques, pain management or working to heal injuries. There’s a quote I love that says, “your hands are an extension of your heart,” and although it was written in regards to painting, I feel that there’s no better way to describe my approach to massage therapy.

When I’m not working, I enjoy baking, gardening, and spending time with my wife and our many animals. I’m adjusting to a slower pace of life since moving to our acreage and am making it a priority to relax so that I can work from a place of abundance.
